Come One, Come All!

Gwen & I are so excited about our first meeting this week!  We are going to spend the next couple of months learning the value of journal-writing during our daily quiet time.  Because we all have a daily quiet time, right?

I have to admit, the laziness of summer has crept into my very bones and I don't think I have opened my Bible in two weeks.  Yikes.

I am looking forward to the accountability, encouragement, and fellowship that this group will bring.  We will be going through the book The Divine Mentor and learning how to have a more consistent, effective time alone with Jesus.

Every week, one of of us will post here the Scripture reading for the next meeting, as well as the location.  It is our desire that you will feel comfortable sharing here what God is doing in your life through this blog.
